Mika Alix has completed a series of professional courses in France with the most important chefs of today, including Yannick Alleno. He has cooked at the Ritz in Paris and at the Élysée Palace, the residence of the French president, among others. He opened Atelier d’Alix last spring. Atelier d’Alix’s educational and training programs are primarily aimed at professionals, but the Atelier also offers courses for home cooking enthusiasts.
