Before studying architecture, Joaxhim Manger worked as head of steel, electrical workarts and construction management in Algeria, Togo, Benin, and Malaysia. He also lived and worked on the "Art - Space - Ship Stubnitz" Rostock. Among his best-known works is the construction of a 3.5m steel figurehead, which was exhibited at "Biennial International" Marseille Artde Groupe.
Since 1993 living and working in "Schloss Bröllin" international art researach location. 2004-2014 director at Board of brölllin e.V. Since 1994 collaboration with Yumiko Yoshioka; 1995 founding the art formation TEN PEN CHii ART LABOR with the choreographer/dancer Yumiko Yoshioka & composer/musician Zam Johnson. Since 1996 member of the Artists Association BBK Germany and Mecklenburg / Vorpommern.
